What Do Pavers Cost To Build?

Small Size Patios
$3,500 – $10,000

This would be for a smaller (12 feet x 12 feet) front or backyard basic paver patio.  This includes site prep, labor, materials, and installation.

Medium Size Patios
$10,000 – $50,000

This would be for a medium sized (20 feet x 20 feet) front or backyard patio.  This could include additional elements such as lighting, seating, surrounding gardens, and more.

Large Size Patios
$50,000 – $150,000 +

This would be for a larger project including an entire backyard, outdoor living space, retaining walls, garden beds, and more.  This is landscape design for a very high-end, luxury home.

These price ranges DO NOT include steps or retaining walls that may be needed to complete your project. We use a minimum of 10″ of tamped gravel base for all our paver patios and walkways. Some projects, such as driveways or hot tub pads, may require a larger gravel base, which will be charged accordingly. Sitting walls, built-in firepits, and kitchens are considered extras that can be added as an extra charge.
